This handy list, compiled by clip art design company A Bit Better, covers many of the tricks shortcuts that will make working with PowerPoint easier.

These include how to disable some “features” of the program (such as the setting which doesn’t show all of the commands in the command bar menus); streamlining presentation files so that they take up less disk space; working with text and graphics to create “special effects”; and printing out copies of your slide show.

Of particular interest to both Windows PC and Apple Macintosh users is the last chart on the page – a list of system requirements for memory and disk space which will show you which versions of PowerPoint will run on your computer, possibly saving time and trouble if you’re shopping for software on a budget.
